Our Services
eXpozedTV is a digital media platform that produces original content, conducts interviews, and offers feature opportunities to creators, artists, and brands through tiered packages (Starter, Signature, and Headliner).
Applications & Approval
Submitting a feature application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.
Service Delivery
Approximate timelines, deliverables, and revision rounds are described per package. Specific terms for each engagement will be confirmed in a separate agreement or invoice once an application is accepted.
Payments & Refunds
All fees for feature packages, sponsorships, and other paid services are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specific pricing, payment schedules, and refund terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
Unless otherwise specified, deposits are non-refundable once production work has begun. Cancellations made before production starts may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
Our Content
All original content created by eXpozedTV — including the website design, original shows, branding, written content, and logos — is the property of eXpozedTV and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Featured Content
When you participate in a feature, you grant eXpozedTV a license to use your name, likeness, and submitted materials in connection with the produced content. The specific scope of this license — including ownership, distribution rights, and your right to repost — will be defined in your individual service agreement.
Your Submissions
By submitting an application or any content to eXpozedTV, you represent that you own or have the rights to share that content, and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
User Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Infringe on the intellectual property or rights of others
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users, our team, or featured creators
